Add LO to ospf abd check

MHM

Hi @MHM Cisco World ,

Kindly check my ospf config. Lo0 is added already.  Am i missing anything else here ?

router ospf 1

 router-id 92.168.96.24

 redistribute connected

 address-family ipv4 unicast

 area 0.0.0.0

  mpls traffic-eng

  interface Loopback0

Run

Mpls ldp

In both ios xr

And LO I see you use 0.0.0.0 that sure cover LO IP

MHM

I still suspect about LO and opsf

Remove redistribute connect since the te use LO as ip unnumbered.

Waiting your reply hope this solution fot this issue

MHM

Hi @MHM Cisco World ,

The fact that the loopback interface is not advertised in ospf had nothing to do with it. Look at the configs I included. I do not advertise the loopback in ospf. I do not redistribute the connected routes either. This is not required.

The LO use as unnumbered IP and use as destination and he run ospf redistribute connected (lo and TE is conneced)

All of above make mpls label not correct work

I Think he need only remove redistribute connect and issue will solve

MHM

@MHM Cisco World ,

Could you check my configs and my results before making any further comments.

Sorry you mentioned you run his config and you dont use redistribute connect and that improves my idea the redistribute connect is issued here.

Anyway let wait his reply

Thanks

MHM

@MHM Cisco World ,

Redistribute connected doesn't have anything to do with the tunnel not coming up. It will work with or without.
