MSM module IOS upgrate

I have installed a MSM card in cat 6500 .

The model of card is: WS-X6302-MSM and the IOS version is:Version 12.0(1a)WX5(6e),c6msm-in-mz.120-1a.WX5.6g.bin

I want to upgrate the IOS but have found nothing in cisco.com

Somebody help me?

WS-X6302-MSM is already End-of-life and End-of-sale.It will be hard to get an IOS upgrade for the same.
