Multicast traffic stopped working, when we enable the IGMP Snooping in 3850 Switch

We are facing issues with 3850 Switch, Multicast traffic is stopped when we enable the IGMP Snooping

It's not joining the IGMP Group 

Traffic to the Interface  and transmission Load is too high that the screens are flickering while IGMP Snooping is disabled 

In some interfaces, the Output error is too high

There is no problem with other switches(Mostly Juniper EX4200/4300 and Cisco 3750), connected to same Router

Could any one suggest please, what may be the reason of Multicast traffic being stopped when IGMP snooping is enabled?

Are you running the same IGMP version on all the switches?

On the 3850, what is the output of "sh ip igmp snoo"

Yes, we are running the same IGMP version on all the switches, Please find the below output 

Currently we disabled the IGMP Snooping, if we enable the IGMP Snopping. we are getting message, the channnel is currently unavailable. and if the IGMP is disabled the channels starts flickering 

There is Heavy traffic on the interfaces and the xmit errors are increasing
