Multichasis Etherchannel

I am configuring Multichasis LAG between cisco 3750 and Alcatel 7450ESS.Etherchannel is showing up on both sides but no traffic passing through.Also after 15 minutes the interfaces becomes err-disabled on cisco side with message"Channel misconfigured error detected"

I Checked found no misconfiguration.

Any idea has anyone tried this setup???

If you are running Native, you can enable the etherchannel misconfig guard by using the below command. This is not enabled by default.

"spanning-tree etherchannel guard misconfig"
