My cisco 1841 router can't start

Hi every one.

I have a problem on a 1841 cisco router. It says :

Entering rommon> prompt after several failed attempts to boot an IOS image.
Please check your internal/external flash drives for the correct IOS image
and issue 'reset' at the rommon> prompt to re-try the boot process.

I boot it on usbflash that contain a 1841 ios. but it always returns the error above.

Please help ...

The IOS is corrupt.

Where did you get this ROMmon version?  I've never seen this before and it's not in the Cisco Download Centre.

Check if you have got other IOS file on your flash drive,

ROMMON> dir flash:

If so try to boot your router from the other file

boot flash:/file2.bin

If not you have to copy a new IOS image with tftp from ROMMON.
