VxLAN and OTV are both supported by Cisco platforms like Nexus 9k, 7k and CSR1000v.
Also, Cisco Nexus7K series supports VXLAN with BGP EVPN for Data Center Interconnect purposes.

Friends , a Couple of inquiries
1. though I noted OTV is much easier than VxLAN BGP EVPN from the configuration stand of points as a DCI Solution ,Freinds Do u agree?
2. Any specific Use Case to go VxLAN BGP EVPN over OTV as a DCI Solution

Depends on use case - before there is no VXLAN until rencent decade of invention - that time cisco propriery OTV only available - other than VPLS / dar fibre DC to DC connecvity which is expensive
as technology evolve - VXLAN in picture and its open standard

VxLAN BGP EVPN over OTV
Not that i have deployed this and work i guess here (may be never heard or tested)
Either you use OTV or VXLAN BGP EVPN (not missing both)
Note : as i mentioned one of the post you need here in the forum for Long, google is always help information what you looking ? until you stuck any configuration issue you can post here ask for help, Cisco has huge documentation and deployment guides posted.

High level:
-- Configure OTV on the edge devices that connect the two data centers. This includes defining the overlay interface, configuring the OTV control plane, and setting up the extend VLANs.
-- Establish BGP peering between the data center switches across the OTV network. Ensure that the BGP peering is established over the OTV interfaces.
-- Configure the BGP EVPN instances to advertise MAC and IP information over the OTV network. This enables the exchange of endpoint information between the data centers.
