Hi Experts
Please have a look at the diagram.
I want to have NAT; translate the 192.x.x.x SCADA and HMI IP addresses to be converted to 10.x.x.x IP addresses before they leave Router 1 and Router 2 to the Switch-TP-Link. What should be the configuration for Router 1 and Router 2 ?
Are the cabling okay? if not what should be the correct cabling connections?
I also need to have redundancy between Switch 1 and Switch 2. What should be the configuration there? Is the cabling rightly done there?
Currently when Router 1 and 2 are on, I dont get any packet reach to any one of them. When I turn off R1 or R2, I get connection in one of them.
Thank you for your assistance

Your configurations do not match with the topology you have on your webpage. Please post correct topology and then post your links else instead of help, it causes more harm in learning.
thank you.
