nat between two private networks

hello

i cant ping between 2 private networks like PC0 to PC4 .

may be its the dynamic NAT on both router R_L,R_R that cause the problem.

is there any way to solve it without setting static nat?

I have enabled a debup ip NAT on the router R_L, I am able to see the translation but no receiving an answer. Im seeing the computers are in different networks, Is NAT just for testing?

Please let me check the configurations.
