HI to all,
I have a router configured with a crypto-map which is establishing a VPN connection with the Cisco VPN client. This is working correctly.
Now, I need to connect to a new customer, but this customer has the same IP addresses in their subnet. There is any way to do NAT for I can reach their subnet, translating my IP addresses with other IP range??? I mean, I connect my VPN client and I'm able to reach my customer with my Ip address translated....
Can someone let me some documentation where is explained this?? Or any example about this??
Thanks in advance!!!
Regards.
David.

Hi David
Could you pls explain more your situation in detail? For example, what do you mean "this customer have the same IP add in their subnet"? I really do not understand what you wrote "I connect my VPN client and I'm able to reach my customer with my Ip address translated...."

Hi,
sorry but I'm thinking in Spanish and I'm translating to English....
I have configured in my network the IP addressing 192.168.1.0 /24, when I connect the VPN client, the cisco 2821 router, which is the VPN peer, leases to me one IP address of this range.
My customer has the same addressing configured in its network, so I need to configure some translation to reach the customer's subnet, right??
Where I can find some documentation about this? Somebody can to leave me some example?
I hope to have clarified your doubts, if you need something more, tell me and asap I reply you.
Thanks in advance.
Regards.
David.

Hi David
I still confuse with your situation.
1/ I assume you configured a router 2821 at your company, and you use your Cisco VPN client to connect to your office from you home, and your net at home is 192.168.1.0/24. Is it correct?
2/ You also want to connect your customer from their home to your company as the same scenario with you, and their network also is 192.168.1.0/24. Is it correct?
3/ what do you mean of reach your customer subnet? From your home or from your company?
I send you a link here, to see if you can get something from it, if not, we can discuss more.
