In what aspects of switching technology and/or how deep?
I ask because much technology is often associated with switching but isn't limited to just switching, e.g. PoE, and some switching technology can get very deep, such as the differences between switch architectures and their supporting hardware, such as Cisco ASIC technologies, e.g. UADP (versions), Silicone One, etc.
Possibly it would be helpful if you can tell us whether you're looking to acquire switching knowledge at the association, professional or expert levels, or something otherwise.

i suggest CCNP Level ENCOR 350-401: Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies

Look at Network Plus exam by CompTIA as a fundamentals of networking if u need it.
Then move to CCNA exam book OCG by W. Odom from Cisco Press, then move to CCNP Switching mentioned above.
Lots of videos on subject on the Net.

The answer depends on whether you are looking for Campus Switching (Catalyst IOS-XE, traditional Enterprise networks) or Data Center Switching (Nexus NX-OS, High throughput).
If your goal is deep knowledge of Spanning Tree, VLANs, Trunking, and Layer 2 Security on Catalyst switches:
For Campus Switching (Enterprise): ENCOR 350-401
If your goal is modern high-speed switching, Virtual Port Channels (vPC), VXLAN, and ACI:
Data Center Switching (Modern & Cloud): DCCOR 350-601
Best regards

As @Blue_Bird query about whether you're principally interested to Enterprise or DC would influence recommendations. Further, though, possiby other switching technologies might also include niches such as industrial switching, Metro switching, optical switching, MPLS, L3 switching, ATM switching, etc. and even, perhaps, other vendor switching technolgy, although as you did specify Cisco courses and books, maybe not other vendors.
@suryaaa your OP request is very broad and open ended. I.e. possibility the only correct answer would be to take every possible Cisco course and every Cisco book on anything concerning "switching". Which is why my original reply asked if you could narrow your question.
BTW, in the Cisco world, even if you took every Cisco switching course and studied every Cisco book, your Cisco switching understanding would likely be incomplete as also studying Cisco switching White Papers, Tech Notes, and Cisco Live presentations provide information often not found in their courses and books.
For example, sometimes without really digging deep into the technology you can run suboptimally. A couple of sample cases, where I've seen most network engineers not realize how they weren't taking full advantage of Cisco switching technology include on early Catalyst 4000 switches, not configuring MLS or on Catalyst 6500 switches, with bus/fabric linecards, not using the fabric path (if worthwhile). Or, perhaps even, on modular chassis switches, not using the "optimal" linecard for actual need.
