I am doing data gather for another Company where we are provided with Serial number and model type. Previously I was able get the data, but now it is showing that it will show data only if my account is mapped with the contract under which serial number is covered.

Probably need to go through here then : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/eos-eol-listing.html and find the models you are interested in.

Hi there,

The easiest option (alebit labour intensive) is to just google '<platform> eol' , ie: 'WS-C2960S eol' .

The first page listed will take you to thew EOL notice which you can search for your specifc model.
