Need help for SNMP config on Cisco IE 4010

I tried the below and it doesnt seem to work, please help:

snmp-server group SNMPv3Group v3 priv

snmp-server user prtg SNMPv3Group v3 auth sha abcd priv aes 256 abcd

Just tested with only auth and it works, when configured with priv, it doesnt seem to work
