i have the topology below :
note that my access is only on L2TP LNS router ,
this topology describe an adsl that connect customers from home to internet using ADSL Modems .
note that pppoe client in this topology is replaced with ADSL modems .
the problem is ,
many customers suffers that the internet is lost , but the adsl led and internet led is on, on thier modems ,
i mean that an interrup in internet is happed .
my request is , how to check this problem from L2TP lns ""which is my only access router " , and estimate if the problem from pstn or not from pstn side?
wt commands i can run it to know if the problem from LAC side or from my side ??
as i just said on customer adsl router , both adsl led and internet led is on , but no internet , and the customer still has a session vpdn on my L2TP LNS router .
wt commands i need just to check this problem ??
