You can completely lift and shift the config, you need to move block by Block.

If i were you, i take new Cat 9300 connect console, bring the old configuration, do the basic configiration.

build block configuraiton, basic, routing, interface, QoS , security ( so keep pasting the configuraiton on cat 9300, what ever configuration not accepting, use document to find equivalent command and do the config on cat 9300 to fix)

After all when you do cut over - test and monitor is required, so you know all working as expected ,before you turn off Cat 2K switch from network.
