I'm looking to download network assistant 5.0 but not able to find the download link, and is network assistant still a free download and if so do you have the download link. thanks for any help on this.

Yes, Cisco Network Assistant is still free. You will need to register for a guest CCO account before you can download it though. You can register for a CCO login at http://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do.

Follow the "Lastest Cisco Network Assistant" link at http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/tablebuild.pl?topic=279230132

You will be asked to authenticate with the CCO username and password you registered for. Once you have authenticated and see the Downloads page click LAN Network Management > Cisco Network Assistant > Cisco Network Assistant Version 5.0 > 5.1.
