seems like assignment.
1. you need to establish redundant links between core , distribution and access switches. also since only 300 users, you can have collapsed architecture using core and access layer.
2. core and distribution switches can utilize stack feature to maintain redundancy and fault tolerance
3. if this needs, automatic user grouping, cisco ISE can use to authenticate and segregate users using dynamic VLAN feature
