Dear Concern,
I have connected a Cisco Catalyst series WS-C3560G-24PS-S switch to my network. I have installed 'The Dude' server to monitor the status of the equipment, and this switch is added to the server. The Dude server stops pinging this switch after it restarts, while it continues to ping other switches with IPs on the same network. Additionally, after restarting the switch, it initially responds to pings from the Dude server for a short period, but later experiences request timeouts. Interestingly, other users on the network can successfully ping and access the switch, and all connected devices seem to be functioning correctly. How should I troubleshoot to identify whether the issue is related to SNMP or another component?

Can you do a traceroute before and after reboot the switch? also do you have a quick diagram L1/L2/L3? Makes it easier
Please mark it as Helpful and/or Solution Accepted if that is the case. Thanks for making Engineering easy again.
