Hi Taft,
The remote user can use a Cisco VPN client (to be downloaded from cisco) and dial in using that into the site A VPN device. What device do you have in Site A to support this ? you can either have a PIX/VPN concentrator or a cisco router to do this...
In case if the remote device is a PIX, configure it according to the below URL:
If you are using a router with IPSEC image, then you can configure it using this URL:

sachinraja,
Thank you for your help. At site A I have a Cisco Router 2600. I have not got anything yet for the transcriptionist site.
Thanks again, Taft

Hello Taft,
You can then use the second scenario that I had posted earlier...
Once you configure the router, the transcriptionist site can use a normal cisco IPSEC VPN to get connected to the remote 2600 router and access the devices on the inside network through VPN..
hope this helps...
All the best.. rate replies if found useful...

Can you tell me what configuration to use, step by step on my router. I can't screw up anything.

sachinraja,
How do I know if I have IPsec on my cisco router? What is it? Told you I was new at this.
Thanks Taft
