Dears,
We have new Cisco ISR 4461 Router with SD-WAN image 16.12.3.
We configured one of the interfaces normally (GigabitEthernet0/0/3) but we cant pinging this interface from PC connected directly to this interface (PC IP: 10.0.0.1). we tried to ping interface itself but also without luck.
Please find attached configuration and troubleshooting steps for more info.
Thanks!

Hello,
GigabitEthernet0/0/3 10.0.0.2 YES other up up
Te0/0/4 unassigned YES other down down
Te0/0/5 unassigned YES other down down
GigabitEthernet0 10.0.0.2 YES other down down
GigabitEthernet0 is the management port, connect your PC to that interface, remove the IP address (which looks like a duplicate address) from GigabitEthernet0/0/3 and try to ping again.

Hello
is that interface in a vrf if it is then you won’t be able to ping it from the rtr global rib table but should do if you specify the vrf it’s assigned to
sh ip vrf interfaces
ping vrf xxx 10.0.0.2

Hi Georg,
GigabitEthernet0/0/3 is in public and GigabitEthernet0 is in mgmt-intf vrf so there are no duplicate.
and @ Paul.
Interface GigabitEthernet0/0/3 is in global rtr. so it should be bingable from global rtr
below show interface output
interface GigabitEthernet0/0/3
ip address 10.0.0.2 255.255.255.252
media-type rj45
negotiation auto
!
interface GigabitEthernet0
vrf forwarding Mgmt-intf
ip address 10.0.0.2 255.255.255.0
negotiation auto
Can any one confimed its not related to SD-WAN image?
Thanks!
