The Cisco C9300 is ideal for branches, for its many features.
The Nexus 3000 are designed to be used in data centers.
Therefore, in which environment you will occupy the devices.

if you have mode servers connected - Nexus 3K ( also for low lentency)
Cat 9300 is for Access or Small organisation enterprise Lan.

It will be used to connect a proxy appliance (DMZ), so it will be placed in a Data Center.
The document that you have shared is very good and based on it I think that best option will be Nexus.
