Nexus 3548 4x10GB to 40GB config

Hi all

I've got some storage with 40GB ports
I'm trying to figure out how to configure my nexus 3548 so they it'll work with this storage.
Currently i have a 40GB breakout cable to 4x10GB.
Struggling on the 4x10GB side of the Nexus. 
My first port says " Link not connected"
And the other 3 say "linkFlapErrDisabled"

I have it in a Port channel. On a VPC.
Not sure what I'm missing here?

So getting this right.
Is this config right?
