Nexus 3548-x (In L3 mode) link down

Hy All
I have a Nexus 3548x that is configured to work as an L3 switch.
I'm trying connecting him (trunk & access) to my FortiGate using sfp.
In all my tries im getting:
Eth1/1 1 eth trunk down Link not connected 10G(D) --
Eth1/2 1 eth access down Link not connected 10G(D) --

I double and triple-check the connection and the gbics.
I guess it's in running-config problem.

I attached the configuration.

Tnx

Tal

as per the output - other than MGMT port all the ports are down.

investigate layer 1 issue physical - make sure the Light in correct direction when you connect

Look at the SFP port and which one generating light and check on the fiber coming from FortiGate which side is light, and twist RX and TX and test it.

example :

A-------A

B-------B

to

A---------B

B----------A
