Nexus 3k switch recommendation

Hi,

I am looking for suggestions for Nexus 3k switch recommendation. Can someone please suggest a model.

Here is my requirement:

• Nexus 3k switch type  
• No FCOE and SAN support requirements
• No L3 Features requirement
• No Copper ports requirements
• Only 10G ports required
• Minimum 24 x 10 GE SFP/QSFP ports for transceiver connectivity support to UCS and Servers
• Minimum 4 X 10 GE SFP ports for uplink connectivity
• VPC and VDC support
• Standard Airflow
• Please identify if there is any essential component missing

I dont think the 3K's do VDC. It's meant to be a ToR switch.
