Nexus 5500 maximum ipv4 routes

John Pong

Hi guys,

As per the link below, I could only configure 16384 routes (sharerd between IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes).

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus5000/sw/configuration_limits/limits_521/nexus_5000_config_limits_521.html

Are there any option(s) similar to Nexus 7k's "u4route-mem" that would allow me to adjust the maximum number of ipv4 unicast routes allowed on the device?

Thanks!

Hi John,

Adjusting the resource allocation on the system level is not available in current version, but you have some control of the prefix on protocol level.
