The Nexus 5548 switch when reloaded prompts
loader>
I read a little on it and first step was to extract kickstart using TFTP.
I used my workstation to configure tftp server.
But i cannot ping the mgmt ip of Nexus from the workstation.
My workstation is win7.
Is there a way to bypass using TFTP.
Plugging in usb also does not help, as Nexus does not see it in loader prompt.
Note:-bootflash has nothing its clean.
Also can anyone give me axamples of boot tftp://............., commands examples, not the format but real examples.
What if my kickstart image is in C:\>, what command i use
boot tftp://10.1.1.12/n5000.bin ??
or, what is the correct format, i dont have to specify path inside my pc?
will tftp running in my computer automatically searches the whole pc for that file?
confused...
Any help appreciated

I currently have this exact issue....no ping after configuring the mgmt0 from the loader prompt. I haven't tried tftp yet and am guessing that ping doesn't work but tftp will? Any information on this?
