nexus 5k and HSRP:cannot ping Virtual IP

Hi guys,

i have a strange issue with nexus 5k.

I have a couple of 5k.

On both i configured a vlan and and interface vlan with physical ip address and and virtual ip address(HSRP).

I configured a portchannel between them and allowd the vlan created to pass.

HSRP seem to work and from active i can ping the standby phisival IP and virtual IP while from standby i can ping also phyiscal.

On active switch i attached and cannot ping VIP (i can PIN physical IP).

It could be a problem of license?
