Just guessing may be NX-OS 6.1(4a) doesnt support this feature ( get transceiver TX/RX Power data via SNMP)? Catalyst C3750 switches for instance do that with no problem btw.

Is it OK for snmpwalk to ignor the 'Cannot find module' error?

Bug CSCty93934
Description
Symptom:
Nexus does not have entityPhysical Indexes for a slot/port combination which can be used to query entitySensorValue/entityThreshold values.
This leads to inability to retrieve DOM statistics from SFP transceivers in easy way.
