Unable to access internal Servers

Hello there. I once was able to access all of the internal severs that we had and I think I messed something up and I am only able to access some of them now.

Some 10.100.0.* I can hit and some I can't.

Any suggestions?

Some resolve to our website and our website is down so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
