Nexus 7000 QoS for M modules

We have 7K with M1/M2 Modules only connected to 5596UP switches.

Does it make sense to create a policy type "Network-QoS" on 7K and 5k switches? or just create "QoS" (ingress) and "Queuing" policies?

or it is  a good practice to follow MQC guideline and create   QoS, Network-QoS,& Queuing class-map, policy-map, and apply service-policy.

Those are different things.

Policy type qos  --> Function: Define traffic classification rules -->attached under System qos and Ingress Interface
policy type queuing -->Function: Strict Priority queue & Deficit Weight Round Robin --> attached under: System qos  & Egress Interface & Ingress Interface*
network-qos -->Function: System class type(drop or no-drop) & MTU per class of service & Buffer size &Marking --> Attached under:System qos
