Nexus 93108TC-FX3P and QSFP-100G-CU1M cables

Hi,

we have 2 Nexus 93108TC-FX3P with QSFP-100G-CU1M cables connected together, link does not come up, what could be the matter ? Software version 9.3.11

According to the compatibility matrix, the cable should be supported as of NX-OS 9.3.5 and later.

Could it be a bad cable?

Can you make sure the ports are not admin down?

Does the switch recognize the cable?

yes, I have seen this in Matrix, should work

I have tried to disable fec too, no success

Can you set the speed and duplex under the interfaces and try again?

no, speed/duplex/negotiation commands are not available if cable is inserted

speed commmand before pluging cable in, then the link comes up !
