Hi All

I am looking at a Nexus 9300 switch, just to do switching

With regards to licences do you have to buy the subscription licence and the switch licence, so basically I would need the below?

- ACI & NX-OS Subscription Essential package for 1G Nexus 9K Leaf, 3 Year Term

- NX-OS Essential SW license for a 10/25/40G+ Nexus 9K Leaf

Also I will be using NX-OS only, no ACI

If I want redundancy in my TOR switches, would I just put 2 of them in at the TOR and have a VPC between the switches, then a VPC to my core switches?

if its just TOR, you do not need ACI, Nexus IP Service will be good to go.
