Current ethernet port has been in operation for months. Now it's flapping and erroring out

%ETHPORT-5-SPEED: Interface Ethernet104/1/10, operational speed changed to 1 Gbps
%ETHPORT-5-IF_DUPLEX: Interface Ethernet104/1/10, operational duplex mode changed to Full
%ETHPORT-5-IF_RX_FLOW_CONTROL: Interface Ethernet104/1/10, operational Receive Flow Control state changed to off
%ETHPORT-5-IF_TX_FLOW_CONTROL: Interface Ethernet104/1/10, operational Transmit Flow Control state changed to on
%ETHPORT-5-IF_UP: Interface Ethernet104/1/10 is up in mode access
%ETHPORT-5-IF_DOWN_LINK_FAILURE: Interface Ethernet104/1/10 is down (Link failure)

After a lot of the above the port errors out and shuts down. Looking at the port I don't see any errors

Any ideas? There were  no config changes on the switch side

Try hardcoded duplex in both sides

Also try use FEC in both sides
