NMS ICMP failed with VSS (C6500/SUP2T)

Hello.
We have two C6509E switches running in VSS.
One engine for each chassis is SUP2T, and the OS version is 15.1(2)SY5.

Ping loss occurs from NMS to Service IP for VSS 3 to 5 times a month at unspecified times.
The period of ICMP check from NMS to VSS is 1 minute, and if ping loss occurs, it is maintained for 15 to 30 minutes.

However, during ping loss, SNMP information is updated in real time and actual service traffic is fine.
We suspected CoPP or ACL, but nothing.

Both local span sessions are in use, so packet capture is not possible.

What problem should I look at?

Thanks you.

The NMS is not remote, it is connected to the bottom of VSS.

I know that Giants error during error count in VSL is negligible due to packet size.
However, since a few months ago, the counters of FCS-Err and Rcv-Err are increasing.
Could it be related to the above?

what interface NMS server connected, can you post show interface gix/x

what IP NMS Server, what IP it pinging ?

Does the NMS only having issue with VSS switch IP, how about any other IP ?

You can also setup EEM Scrip to ping to NMS Server see what is the outcome?

Do you have syslog configured ? what is the Logs show that time ?
