Any idea why the output indicates no DR/BDR on network when they do exist?

Hello,

DR/BDR is property of broadcast links. You are refering to serial port which is not broadcast.

And by default ospf treat serial port as point-to-point link where no dr/bdr is selected.

you can run sh ip ospf int fa0/0 (or fa0/1) where you will have output as per your expectation

Regards
Mahesh
