No prompts on Cisco 1941 Router

Get the following message with no prompts:

Authentication failed

% Authentication failed

% Authentication failed

Press RETURN to get started.

Got it  to load ROMMON mode but same thing, had no prompts to login or make changes.

How do I get prompt to login to makes changes?

Where is the flash located? When I reinstall the flash is it OK if the router is ON?

Hi,

You don't need to worry about removing the flash and inserting it back.

Just reload the router and follow the steps to break in to it.
