No "debup ip policy" output on ISR 4331

Hello networking experts,

I have the ISR 4331 router with IOS XE latest and most stable software and configured PBR on it. Now usually I "debug ip policy" to verify the good functionality of the PBR however I get no output on the debug. The counters of the route-map are incrementing so it looks like the PBR is working however how to verify it on the packet debugging?

Same problem on the ACLs that my PBR is matching on. While showing the ACLs I see no packets being matched on its statements.

Anybody has or had similar issue?
