Hello Team,
One of the Cisco LAN Switches that are installed for us is not responding.
The node is programmed with address 192.168.1.103, but when we try to reset it to assign it its right IP address (we apply the process described in the manual – press the front button for more than 7 seconds), it doesn’t respond and keeps the same IP address. What’s more, when we try to connect to the node with its current IP address, the browser gives an error and doesn’t open the management page.
Please is there a procedure to force the node to factory configuration?
