Not able to read the file from USB when connected to Cisco 9300 48P

Hello Cisco Team, 

We are trying to copy the file from USB flash drive on to the Cisco 9300 Switch but seeing below error , could someone please guide us on this issue. This is for upgrading the current Stack switch from version 16.6.6 to 17.06.05

What is the command you are using to copy from USB?

as per the message looks like USB is bad i guess here. what USB stick is this ? (size and brand)

have you tried different USB ?

Error message means the brand and/or size of the USB stick is not the specific "standard" supported by Cisco.

Is the USB flash drive formatted to FAT16?
