not enough power for both camera and pan tilt motors sg-300 10p

Hello,

ı am using sg-300 10 p poe switch for 3 fixed and 2 ptz axis cameras. But ı am getting not enough power for both camera and pan tilt motors  any solution there?

the most you can do is set the ports to class 4 power (30.0 Watt), have a look at page 222 of the attached user guide:

For sg-300 these setting arent aviable . I cant change class as 4 . And ı cant set power . It is really tertibble . Have you expirince before same isssu?

Hi,

check the power requirement of Camera. if it is not matched by switch, you need to use matching power injector or matching switch
