Good afternoon everyone, I have a Cisco switch 2960s-24PS-L that has come back from a closed location. I am trying to wipe clean the system so it can be used again. I went to bypass the password I found the the flash directory is empty no IOS, config.text, or any file in the flash. I have tried to copy a IOS .bin file in the flash but I keep getting an error. It will not boot it is stuck in a loop is there any way to fix this or is this just a paper weight? Thank you for you assistance.
