Hi,
Switch 1 and Switch 2 (C6506-E)work as VSS, when i checked NVRAM both switches both switches showed "<no date>" why does it show like that ?is it wrong, please advice me

Good day,
As far as I know this is not specific to the Cat6500 platform, but in general, the IOS does not store the date for files in NVRAM. I would consider this as an expected behavior.
Do you see any other switch in your environment that does?
