NX-OS upgrade issue

Hi all!

So I did a impact check before upgrading (show install all impact nxos nxos.9.3.8.bin) a 9200 series device on the nx-os file that I've downloaded. But I got a message that I haven't seen berfore and it worries me  I've attached the output from the CLI  and under Reason it sais "Incompatible image for ISSU", does this simply mean that the version is incorrect or what?

 - Initially it would be mean that the targeted-version is not incorrect but requires a reboot. Check Release Notes too and look for dependencies in  the upgrade-path  (on other/older releases)
