Only half of the end devices are capable of pinging to another vlan

So I'm a college student working on a network, however, even after configuring everything, some of the devices aren't capable of pinging across the routers. Only the first connected device in each VLAN is capable of pinging across the central router, while every other device fails immediately, I don't know what's wrong, please help.

Rather PCAP file, can you post the configuraiton and network diagram to understand what is the IP address range each side.,

explain what IP not reachable from what source IP network ?
