Open Bug - CSCty98415 - Sev3 - Need additional details

Does anyone have any additional information on open bug CSCty98415?  The bug details state to contact TAC.  Trying to get more information before opening a case.

which you obviously already knew. Just raise it with TAC and inform them you suspect you hit that bug, as no no work around is being offered.
