Hello,
I want to undertake a project that involves setting up an SDN network via OpenFlow using Cisco Catalyst 9200L switches. I saw on forums three years ago that OpenFlow support starts from the 9300 series. Is this still the case? Are there any workarounds, or should I consider using newer switches?
Thanks in advance, and sorry if this topic has already been posted or if it's not in the right place.

Hello @LXIC
It is still the case as concerned OpenFlow and C9000 series:
While OpenFlow is a widely used SDN protocol, there are other SDN solutions and protocols available. Cisco provides its own SDN solutions, such as ACI or Cisco Software-Defined Access called "SD-Access". SD-Access solution supports C9200 platform.
