ospf link flapping

I am troubleshooting an issue between ASR 9K and ASR 1002X  routers The ospf session between these two routers keeps going down and up.

Below is my 1002x log ,10.255.252.10 is my ASR9K loopback.

108257: Apr 18 19:33:40.318: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 10.255.252.10 on GigabitEthernet0/0/0.40 from FULL to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Too many retransmissions
108258: Apr 18 19:33:41.938: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 10.255.252.10 on GigabitEthernet0/0/0.30 from FULL to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Too many retransmissions
108259: Apr 18 19:33:42.597: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 10.255.252.10 on GigabitEthernet0/0/1.20 from FULL to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Too many retransmissions

kindly suggest what to do.

Can you post the configs from both devices?

Why are you peering with the same device 3 times (GigabitEthernet0/0/0.40, GigabitEthernet0/0/0.30, GigabitEthernet0/0/0.20)?
