OSPF ON 3745

I'VE TRIED THE OSPF IP CONFIGURATION ON MY 3745 ROUTER AND IT SEEMS IT'S NOT RUNNING I THEN CHECKED THE DEBUP IP OSPF HELLO AND THE HELLO PACKET JUST DONT COME UP I NEED ASSISTANCE.

You will want to use the "debug ip ospf adj" command for this. Basic things to check are MTU settings on both sides, hello and dead timers and OSPF network types.
