Ospf Time expired

Hello All, 

I have 2 Distrubition layer one is work normal after the ospf but the other all the time i receive this massage 

the two dis ccconnect with the core by OSPF

*mars 05, 03:22:27.2222: 03:22:27: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 10.47.200.1 on Vlan20 from LOADING to FULL, Loading Done

Hi,

Can you check the interface for error messages?

Is the interface flapping as well?

Can you post config form both devices?

Which Cisco switch are you running?

How many vlans have you on those Interfaces?

You could also enable debugging to see what is causing the flap.

debug ip ospf adj
