OSPF with etherchannel

Hello every one! I'm preparing to take my icnd2 exam next week .while I'm trying to implement Wendel Odom examples on packet tracer I had a problem . Router 1 can't see Router 0 as an ospf neighbor. something wrong between switches(4 and 5) and I couldn'r figure out what it is,someone helps me please and thanks.Untitled2.jpg

theres no OSPF config on sw4 and sw5 or am i missing something posted ? It would be required to create the neighbour relationship between both switches
