output flow control is unsupported cisco switch

I have one 3850 and 9300 switches that need to be interconnected using LAN cable.

3850 supports 100Mbps, I have interconnected using LAN cable but the link does not come up. It gets into error -disabled.

On 3850 I see a lot of input errors on uplink port and 9300 I see flow-control is unsupported error.

How do I resolve this?

Make sure the ports on both switches are configured with the same speed and duplex. If the 9300 port is a Gig port, ensure the 3850 is configured the same. If one side is 100Mbps, make sure the other side is the same. Most likely you are dealing with a speed mismatch on one of the switches.

I have tried auto for speed and duplex. 3850 switches does not accept hard coded  full duplex

Are you using copper ports of fiber? Can you post the configs from both switches? "sh run interface g1/0/x"

and "show interface g1/0/x"

I am attaching available output from both switches, port 24 and 45 are interconnected using LAN cable.

Try replacing the copper cable with a different one.
